Large-Bracted Tick Trefoil
A very common flower in woods. The pink and white flowers appear on tall, spare spikes from the top whorl. One petal "hoods" the more complex petals below. Leaves have pointed tips from a whorl at the top of this 2-4' plant. Seedpods of most Tick-Trefoils species look alike and are somewhat identifiable.
