Yellow Indian Paintbrush
King Devil

A common field (well, lawn) flower in early summer, blooming for an extended period. A cluster yellow composite flowers on a single 8"-2' stem. Hairy oblong leaves, growing from the base. Very closely related to Orange Hawkweed which looks the same, but orange-red and blooms slightly later.
