Spreading Dogbane

Commonly found in fields, field/wood edges, and thickets. Branches arch about 2 feet from a 2-3 foot stem. Small, white, pink-inside, bell-shaped (curled-back), 5-part blooms in early summer. Oval/egg-shaped, paired leaves on ruddy, hollow stems.

Related to Indian Hemp except Spreading Dogbane has the bell-shaped flower.
