Day Lily
A common, escaped garden flower along roadsides and fields. Multi-shade, large, orange lily trumpets. Lily-leaves about 2-3' long in dense patches. Grows in dominating patches.
Though Day Lilies do quite well on their own in this climate, in woods and on rual roads, they usually indicate an old homestead or other former human activity.
