Here's a stab at photos that need organizing. Taken in Oct97 on a nice morning with a Kodak DC25 digital camera - a few in "hi-res".

As far as the digital camera, the resulting JPGs from camera download are of poor resolution - hi-res is just-acceptable. I should mention that the camera is a "snap-shot" type camera with fixed-focus, auto-speed, no aperature, independent viewfinder, etc - so the optics aren't intended to be very good. Also, the downloaded images are disk-huge (without alot of reason). Once i'm done with the experiment, i'll run them thoguh JPEG manipulators, reducing color accuracy a bit while reducing the file size 3-5 times!

Places to check out in Treman:

• Trails: North Rim trail the best, but alot of up and down. South not as interesting, but more forested and only goes up and down once. Several trails up or around the big falls, Devil's Falls or Punchbowl near the top.

  Best hike is a loop using the north and south trails. Intercoonect at bridge below big falls.

• Finger Lakes Trail - runs along the south side of the park. Open all year.
